Morning Prayers Quinton January 18th

Image
St John the Baptist Quinton Our service on Sunday January 18th 2015 will be led by laity and is a reading of the Order for Morning Prayer from the Book of Common Prayer,1662, with lessons read from the Authorized Version (The King James Bible.) This is a brief service with 2 hymns and no sermon. The Book of Common Prayer is licensed for use throughout the Church of England, but its use is dwindling. We wish to keep it alive. You will be most welcome if you wish to come to this special service. There is lots of participation, involving reading, so bring your glasses. Coffee etc will be served after the service.
