Mothering Sunday

Happy Mothering Sunday - as we are unable to meet as usual, please go to the online services tab to see the service and sermon we should have had today.  Also don't forget to light your candle in your window tonight at 7pm as a sign of solidarity and hope in the light of Christ that can never be extinguished.

Coronavirus - what is happening in Living Brook?

Many of you will have seen the letter from Canon Beverley yesterday or heard the news on TV that the Church of England will be suspending normal services apart from weddings and funerals. Canon Beverley will be saying prayers in  St. John the Baptist, Piddington at 9.30 am Sundays,  St Edmunds, King and Martyr, Hardingstone at 11 am Sundays  St John the Baptist, Quinton at 10 am on Wednesdays.   Anyone who wants to join her who is not in one of the at risk groups can as long as they follow good hygiene practices of hand cleaning - before and aftyer entering the churches, sitting a good distance apart, and Canon Beverley will be pleased to see you and welcome you supporting her in prayer.  For those who have to self isolate for any reason may want to keep these times in mind and join in prayer with those in our churches to concentrate our power of prayer. The Archbishops of Canterbury and York have asked in their recent letter that this Sunday, Mothering Sunday is a day of p
