Congratulations to Julie Austin

Image
Well done to Julie Austin who has been nominated for a Diocesan Children's award for her work with Quinton Explorers and the way that she connects it to the All Age services at St John the Baptist Quinton, as well as for the contribution she is making to the new Toddler Praise! service in Hardingstone. This is a real tribute to her very good work. She'll have the chance to talk about her work at Starburst, the diocesan Children's resource day, on May 10th, when the award winner will be announced.

Away Day

The Benefice Away Day held on the 5th of April was a resounding success. People from all three churches in the Benefice came together to form an exciting vision of what they want the Benefice to achieve over the next few years and ways in which we will make this happen so we can have 'Rivers of living water flowing from our hearts' (John 7 v 38) that will enable this this Benefice to flourish.
